As wedding coordinators, we truly understand the work it takes to put all the aspects of a wedding together. You have dreamed about this day for probably most of your life and you want it to be perfect, but on your wedding day it's time to hand the responsibility over to us!

After our initial phone conversation, we will get together face to face and talk about your wedding plan and prepare a wedding day itinerary as we get to know each other :-). OWT will then contact all your wedding vendors and confirm thier participation for your wedding day. On your wedding day, the day you have worked so hard and long for, my assistant and I will handle any behind the scenes issues that may arise while you, your friends, and your family enjoy the celebration of your new union. From there it's up to you whether you want us to stay till after the celebrity style introductions, the always exciting cutting of the cake, or till it comes time to send you off to your private retreat ;-).
